Two questions, one answer. Whether machines are allowed in, and whether there is anything for them to read once they are.
Security and speed answer "is my site safe and quick". This answers "can my site be found". They are different jobs, usually done by different people, and mixing them produced a report where a missing content security policy sat next to a missing sitemap as if they were the same kind of problem. They are not.
A machine asks four questions in order: may I fetch this page, is there any text in it, can I tell what it is about, and is there more like it. Google asks them. ChatGPT asks them. Perplexity asks them. The crawler names differ and the requirements do not.
We cannot show you which search terms you rank for, or where. That needs live search-results data, which is only available from paid providers or by scraping Google against its terms. Any free tool showing you keyword positions is either paying for that data or making it up. We check the part that has a verifiable answer: whether the door is open and whether there is anything behind it.
